This course is taught in actual live-time, with homework done in live-time.
The most exciting component of this program is the hands-on computer training experience in a real working travel agency.
Within hours you can be an actual working travel agent!
I train via website and I train right from their computer. I am one on one with each student, taking them through the formats and training them on the AA SABRE computer system.
I also train on tours and cruises, how to book them, what to say and how to put their reservation into the computer system and run an invoice to give to your client.
I give you the live American Airlines ICON program so you can use it and do your homework in the live system. I train on all aspects of travel.
